Jared Finkelstein
Jared started in the United States Air Force where he was trained in carpentry and welding by the Navy Seabees. After his service, Jared went on to complete his Masters in Construction Management from the NYU Tandon School of Engineering. Jared then went on to work in construction management for General Contractors in commercial, production home building, and multi-family student housing construction for the next 10 years.
Julio Olvera
Julio began his career at 19 when he joined a flooring crew in Los Angeles, California. Within three years he was taking on flooring contracts with his own crew, eventually growing his business to include multiple crews managing projects nationwide. In 2006, Julio started a turnkey flooring company in Atlanta, Georgia where he continued to provide flooring services for 14 years.
Jared and Julio first met on a multi-family project in Norman, Oklahoma where Jared was employed by the General Contractor and Julio was the Flooring Subcontractor.

In 2020, after several years of working together and thousands of multi-family units completed, Jared and Julio founded Top Quality Flooring. Together they strive to efficiently deliver quality projects on schedule.
